Important Notice: While the Center is closed due to Covid-19, Food Pantry appointments can be made by contacting Tim Dries at timothy.dries@mosservillage.org or 610-820-4067. Donations will not be accepted at this time.

Our Food Pantry can mean the difference between a family going hungry and a healthy meal on the table. When a parent loses a job, is injured, or runs into trouble financially for other reasons, finding a way to feed the family becomes a daily challenge. The Food Pantry at Mosser Village Family Center helps to keep people in need healthy by offering free, nutritious food. Residents in communities within the 18109 zipcode are welcome to use the Food Pantry. The pantry is open three days a week, by appointment.

In addition to the Food Pantry, the Center coordinates a “Backpack Buddies” supplemental nutrition program for children.

The food programs are coordinated by neighbor Tim Dries and maintained by neighborhood volunteers. The pantry receives the majority of its food from the Second Harvest Food Bank. In addition, a number of local organizations have held collections and donated food including:

Hope United Church of Christ

Lehigh County Juvenile Probation

Lehigh Valley Veterinary Dermatology

St. Paul’s United Church of Christ

If you are currently in need of assistance from the Food Pantry or would like to volunteer please contact Tim Dries at timothy.dries@mosservillage.org
